- TCXMED uses the latest Microsoft SQL and .NET Framework technology, and runs with Microsoft Windows XP
SP3, VISTA SP2, and Windows 7, the newest Microsoft operating system.

- TCXMED is high sophisticated, but has our trademark simple user interface, easy to understand and navigate
screens, and can be run with or without a mouse. The on-line user manual includes step by step instructions,
screen shots, and helpful shortcuts.
- HL7 INTERFACE
- TCXMED has a built in HL7 interface for integration with EMR, EHR, and similar systems. This interoperability
meets requirements as defined under the 2009 Stimulus Bill H.R.1.
- TOTAL ELECTRONIC BILLING
- TCXMED provides for electronic claims billing to all insurance companies, and for receiving and posting
payments. The same technology can be used for sending patient statements, and patients can make their
payments on line. We also have an integrated credit card swiping system that automatically posts payments.
- PAPERLESS OFFICE
- TCXMED reports can be previewed on the screen, and sent to PDF files. Custom reports can be created
through a query routine and integrated with Microsoft Office so that data can be exported to Word or Excel to
create custom letters and e-mails. With this feature and Internet claim and statement generation, an office can
be virtually free of paper thereby saving time and money.
- INTEGRATED INTERNET ACCESS
- TCXMED comes with an integrated Internet application that can allow access to the software from any computer
anywhere on the Internet that is registered to the Doctor’s office for access.
- HIGHLY ADVANCED APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER
- TCXMED scheduler allows all scheduling to be done on one book and viewed through the filtering and selection
process. This book can be configured on a user by user basis for individual preferences. Appointments can be
exported to Outlook for downloading to a smartphone or PDA. Automatic insurance verification can also be set
up through the appointment book.
- INTEGRATED APPOINTMENT REMINDER
- TCXMED appointment reminder system is totally integrated into the software. It can be set to telephone, text
message, and email patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. The result of the contact is then sent
back to the appointment book, and can also be emailed to the physician’s office.
- MULTIPLE AUTOMATIC BACKUPS INCLUDING OFF SITE
- TCXMED software is configured for multiple on site backups. Additionally, a secured off site backup through the
Internet can be used to protect against computer theft or devastating loss. These backup systems eliminate the
need for backup devices, cartridges, and reliance on regular media exchange, thereby saving money and time.
